Class Descriptions

Morning Yoga

A gentle, uplifting way to begin the day. Morning Yoga weaves together soft stretching, simple standing postures, and mindful breath to awaken your body without rushing. Expect a calm, positive tone that helps you feel grounded before you step into the rest of your day.

Vinyasa Flow

A flowing class that links breath with movement. Vinyasa Flow at Yoga Haven is designed to be accessible, with options offered for newer and more experienced practitioners. You will build strength, balance, and focus while staying rooted in a sense of ease and wellbeing.

Yin Yoga

A slow, grounding practice that focuses on longer-held, mostly seated and reclining postures. Yin Yoga gently targets the deeper layers of the body while inviting stillness and introspection. This class is ideal for anyone seeking more spaciousness, quiet, and mindful connection.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply restful practice that uses props to fully support your body in comfortable, longer-held shapes. Restorative Yoga soothes the nervous system, encourages relaxation, and can be especially helpful for stress, busy minds, or times when you need to be gently held in community.

Booking & Community Notes

Pre-registration is recommended, as class sizes are kept intentionally small to support individual attention and a sense of ease. Mats and basic props are available at the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own.
